What do you have to do, when you want to avoid all this?
In general, you substitue the cow's milk products by products from other types of milk, the same needs to be done with hen's eggs ' products.
- Please note the following for the products that are allowed:
Infants only the the special adapted soymilk. Anyway, the best is to fully brestfeed for the first nine months! Goat's milk can never be fed to the baby before the 10th month and only under certain circumstances. - Other animals'milk: feed it later and always cooked.
- It's easy to substitute hen's eggs. There are enough different types of pasta that do not contain hen's eggs. For bakeing or breeding you use soyflower or flower made from arrowroot.
- There is no substitute for nuts - cashewnuts and peanuts are allowed.
